I came today here to eat dinner and the waitress forgot my husband's meal walk away she came back with mozzarella stick cold hard could not eat them I'm very disappointed the shrimp they gave me cold hard I will never come back here again the cooks don't know how to cook food cold and forgot husbands order

Food was good. But this was bad service, no hey I 'm xyz name, no checking in on how things are going. And the food was a bit cold for not being busy, like why is the appetizer showing up after the main course??? Didn 't feel like I should come back, if it feels like the staff is hiding and not out with the Customers to make them feel WELCOMED to come back.Edit (7/28/23): be back in touch within three to five business days with no call no email SMH take about I 'm just a number feeling, and to think this was my Birthday treat from my family last weekend....

Always try to put in pickup orders for my kids before school events or camps, the orders always “go missing”. Just not worth your time or frustration.

Terrible service. It was a Friday night, and they only had one cook and one waitress on duty, which I was informed is the norm. To make matters worse, the food was poorly prepared, and I received the wrong dishes. The waitress didn't even know what tartar sauce was. Overall, it was the worst experience I've had at any restaurant.
