Beans Brews Coffeehouse - Draper

I've tried this place multiple times because it's literally minutes away from my home. But the coffee and long drive thru service is so bad. I don't know how you mess up an iced mocha but the drink I was given tasted terrible. It was slightly warm, watered down with like 3 ice cubes. I also bought a muffin and I was given a Costco muffin wrapped up in plastic which cost like $6 in addition to my $5 coffee. Won't be going back, it's a shame this location is so terrible because I'd be here all the time if it was better!

They ask for tips in the drive through. Absolutely ridiculous. The food isn't good enough to put up with wondering if it's been tampered with for refusing to engage in toxic tipping culture at a freaking drive through window. Just pay your employees. I won't be back.Food: 1/5
