I'm not a guy that likes to write bad reviews, especially when i love the concept of the restaurant, and I'm above average interested in meat and prepping of it. but here it goes. i ordred a 300g of aged beef, medium to raw. what i got was a beef that was what i would say is well done plus, and chewy, i felt that the meat was ruined so i sendt it back to the chef. (i hate doing that and actually never done it before) they took it back and said it's medium to raw, and the loss of the red coulor all the way through the meat is normal because of the aging. out of my knowledge i know that aging of beef is supposed to break down the fibers to give more taste and tender the meat, the gray should be like smoking ring on the meat, only on the edge of the meat. so i was a bit disappointed. i also tried the local duck dish and it was another level, the meat was tender and the taste was on point they also had some good local beer all in all only a two star from me. and believe me, i will try the resturant once more cause i love the consept and will change the review accordingly if the food is better.

Bought a burger here expecting they would cook the meat to perfection. They murdered the meat into a dry gray mass of meat. But to be fair it took 30 min to cook so no wonder...
