Saladworks - DOYLESTOWN

The food here is fantastic and served quickly! I'm a big fan of Salad Works! It truly demonstrates that you can enjoy healthy meals just as fast as you would with fast food. I've heard some complaints about the prices, but you really can't compare Salad Works to a dollar menu at McDonald's. At Salad Works, you're getting genuine food—fresh vegetables and real fruits—not the unhealthy options found at places like McDonald's. It's definitely worth every penny! Just take a look at the customers from fast food joints, and you'll realize you probably don't want to eat what they're eating!

The young man with the red face needs to get a handle on his attitude. This is a job he has chosen to take on. He was rude to me and to another customer behind me. It's time for him to mature. Additionally, someone should discuss the way they treat requests for paninis; they visibly roll their eyes whenever someone orders one. I even overheard one staff member say, “it looks disgusting.” It's essential to hire new staff, or this place risks failure.

What a huge disappointment. The price for the salad is already steep, and when I requested a little extra dressing, they charged me an additional $1.29. In the past, I used to receive a bag of Lays chips with my order, but now they've stopped offering that and instead wanted to charge me $2.49 for a bag of chips that costs 50 cents in a variety pack. Ultimately, I ended up paying $20 for a salad, a soda, and a SMALL bag of chips.

During our recent visit, the girl at the counter loudly expressed her discontent to her coworkers about us not tipping for our lunch while we were trying to enjoy our meal. The manager found it amusing and laughed at her sarcastic remark about how much she appreciated it when we selected the "no tip" option on the card reader. What she didn’t realize is that we had actually tipped in cash. Regardless, since when is tipping expected at a fast-food restaurant that offers no service beyond preparing our food? We’ve been there a few times, but this will definitely be our last visit.

Food was good but the 2 girls working tonight were not very welcoming or pleasant. They were kind of rude and didn’t even mix my salad they threw everything on top and then threw it in a bag to where the dressing was leaking into the bag.
