Przekaż informację zwrotnąEvery time I place a mobile order, there's always something missing. I don't understand why the app doesn’t update to indicate when items are sold out here. The lack of customer service only makes the situation worse, as my orders are consistently incorrect. If there were any other coffee shop nearby, I wouldn't return to this one.
The donuts and sandwiches are amazing, and so is their coffee. The sourdough egg and bacon sandwich is excellent, but it could use some seasoning and perhaps a slice of cheese. The menu doesn't mention this, and there’s no suggestion at the drive-thru either. The service was decent, but the server I had was difficult to understand and not particularly friendly.
Food and Coffee are really good, but I’d say the service is poor. This is now the second time I’ve ordered a croissant sandwich, but was given a bagel sandwich. One time I can understand, but when it happens again, then I start to get annoyed. I’m a high school student who doesn’t have a lot of time in the morning. I don’t want to deal with a messed up order that I ordered online.
I love Dunkin, but I did a mobile order for 2 large coffees and they gave one of them medium. Made me pay like $6.40 for a medium coffee, what is this Starbucks?Dietary restrictions: Almond milk in coffee (lactose)
The staff at this location are down right awful. Short, rude, aggressive at the drive thru and orders are never right. Three times now I 've pulled up to the drive thru to be greeted by what do you want? Then I 'm given no total, no instructions to pull forward, absolutely no response. Then, they 're aggressively handing me things out the window and have a poor attitude when I 'm paying with the app or using rewards. I will not be back!
