Good food and good service as far as they can help. We only have one in the area so it is always packed so it does take longer than any other franchise to get your food but the workers are very friendly and they do their best to get you your food fast as possible.

Long waits in drive-thru for family orders, constantly misses food in drive thru orders and we always have to circle back around...waiting in long lines all over again, never offering additional food or discounts. What a hassle.

Yes the food is good, and the staff is friendly. But, the drive through is terrible. Takes forever and it seems poorly managed/inefficient. I personally avoid going unless it's a special request, but there's always a crazy wait. I guess until enough people follow suit, they'll be fine and it'll continue to operate like that.

Ew, no, just no. You can taste the chemicals in this food-like substance. I'll never understand why people wait in line for this greasy, dry, hot mess that doesn't really resemble real food in any way. Nope, no thanks. And, for what it's worth, I recently found a strange hair in my salad at this location. Just thinking about it turns my stomach.

I went there and used my points to get a free chicken sandwich. The sandwich was not in my bag and they removed the points. I called and left several messages. No return call. When I emailed customer service they said there’s no way to put the points back. Period! No credit, no communication.I won’t go back. They don’t have time for customers
