Prinkipia Coffee Tea Room - Downey

I visited the restaurant, but they had run out of nearly everything on the menu. The guy washing dishes ended up taking my order, but I decided not to tip since they didn’t have anything I wanted. In a petty move, he took my order receipt and hid it, preventing them from preparing my meal. I couldn't believe it! I just asked for a refund and left. What a funny experience!

This charming and welcoming coffee shop offers an excellent variety of coffee and pastries. The staff is friendly, and the ambiance is ideal for both working and unwinding. Food: 5/5

We received no napkins during our visit, and when we asked for some, the staff member informed us that they could only provide one because they're running low. We frequent this location about three times a week, so this was disappointing! Food rating: 3/5.

I didn't get a chance to try the coffee. I arrived at 5 PM on January 16, 2023, and felt completely ignored while the staff seemed to focus on what appeared to be their friends in line behind me. I wasn't even acknowledged. The service here was terrible.

I was visiting the mall and couldn't resist stopping by this coffee shop. We tried a Boba drink, a frappe, and a smoothie. It's a charming little place with a fantastic location in the mall. The flavor in my frappe wasn't too strong, which was nice because I didn't feel overwhelmed by caffeine.
