Dippity Donuts - Downey

I 've always loved Dippity Donuts, it 's always been my go to donut place. I went in and I was ignored and they require masks, unless you 're an employee. I went somewhere else.

I found a curly hair inside my breakfast sandwich. The women there don't wear hair nets. I was so grossed out that I threw it out right away. What a shame, I was so looking forward to that croissant sandwich.

The information on Google says they're open 24 hours, but that's not the case. According to a handwritten note taped to the door, they actually open at 2 PM. It's now 2:30 PM, and there are donuts in the display case, but the doors are still locked. It feels like a waste of my time, and apparently, I’m not the only one who got misled.

We discovered this charming little place after football practice, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the donuts were soft, moist, and absolutely delicious!

A gentleman I met while doing laundry across the street recommended this place to me. He visits every morning, so I decided to check it out. I tried the coffee and a double chocolate donut, and I'm really glad I stopped by!
