It's Friday at 5:45, and I ordered a bowl of chicken. Unfortunately, it was extremely burnt. The taste was completely ruined, and I couldn't help but comment, "Wow, that looks burnt." The customer sitting next to me also had to change his order, wanting to be too loyal. They ended up taking my bowl back, and I had to choose a different meat for my meal, but they informed me that they had run out of pinto beans.
The service was excellent thanks to the team members, but many soft drinks were unavailable, and they ran out of aguas frescas. The restaurant could have used a quick cleaning, but overall, it was a good experience.
I do not want to write this review, but the management must show employees to serve each order equally. all customers pay the same price and they are not cheap, so I ask that all chipotle’s step it up and show all employees to be aware of their time and to serve each order with the same amount of food, please. the same portion size please.
Love this location and the kindness coming from your serving is exceptional. The clients must be very satisfied I believe Chipotle needs very high ratings, the psychological scare that happened a few years ago.. people need to chill out. Saying they're sick from eating there, how many times has this happened? Millions. Thanks for being so awesome.
