Jimmy John's - Downers Grove

I ordered a 30-piece and an 18-piece party pack for a work event on Saturday, September 10th. Everything was not only delicious but also the two friendly, vibrant ladies (along with the young man) who helped me were wonderful to chat with while they completed my order. I truly appreciate their effort in accommodating such a large, last-minute request. Thank you!

The customer service was terrible! I waited an hour for my delivery and decided to call. Michael was extremely rude and never apologized or tried to resolve the issue. He spoke to me as if I was the one at fault.

I highly recommend avoiding Jimmy John's. The manager, Michelle (if that's really her name), is by far the most rude and unprofessional person I've ever encountered. When I called to ask why my order took an hour, instead of apologizing or providing an explanation, she responded in a rude and aggressive manner. It was quite a frustrating experience!

Order at 19:30 o'clock I live 1 minute away, actually 2 blocks away. they hadn't appeared with my food. I waited for 50 minutes to call, they didn't call me back to say they couldn't make it or refund me. they didn't tell me how long it would take. terrible experience. I would have understood if they said that it might help, or they do not accept orders.

Times are tough seems like many of the Jimmy John's are at this time out of Turkey it's been a few days now so I ordered a Tuna instead. Service as usual was fast and friendly.
