Dockside Dan's - Dowagiac

The fish tacos are terrific. The cheeseburgers are great and the beer battered fries are delicious as well. Great view of the lake and the staff is very friendly and the service is good too. I would most definitely recommend this place.

Great food, Great staff, Great views of round lake. We showed up around 11:30 am on a rainy Saturday, with a group of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids. We walked in and the staff was still cleaning and the chairs were still flipped on the tables. They open at noon on Saturday, but the waitress didn't turn us away she simply said give us a few minutes and we'll get some chairs down and seat you. She then took our drink orders, brought them out very quickly and then took our food orders. The grill was just turned on, so we figured it would be a bit of a wait. All of our food orders showed up 10 minutes later. from the burgers to the chicken strips everything was really tasty, and I can't forget the beer battered fries. Thanks to Dan for opening a great bar that we'll defiantly be back.

Great food (esp. the fish tacos that come on special and a dynamite chicken sandwhich) Fun atmosphere on the water. Good tunes and close to home!!!

We will definitely be back! The fried pickle slices, grouper tacos and the smooth, raspberry cheesecake were all amazing!
