Taste Of India - Dover

Completely delightful. We were served by one of the two brothers who are also the owners for more than 30 years. The food is prepared and tastes as close to authentic as I remember eating at top tier restaurants in India. The chef has precise control of the American palette 's mild, medium, and regular hot. There 's two other higher notches on the hot scale to choose from in case you are interested. All 4 in our party were impressed how well the chef produced the temperature to match the request.

The food is always fantastic and the staff is the most welcoming and friendly group of people.

Got takeout for the first time today, super friendly on the phone call upon walking into their beautiful space. Delicious food, that I can’t wait to have more of. Excited to try other dishes in the future.

I'm pretty sure the food we were served was leftover from the lunch buffet. Would've loved to get fresh hot food, but hey, maybe you'd like a 5 star review. We can't always get what we want. Only what we need. Never
