Ordered online, paid online, prefer cancelled. Called the number provided by the subway app only to be cut off by the manager, put on hold and badmouthed to another customer. All I wanted to know was why my order was cancelled, instead I got disrespected.

Rude. can't get an order right. They cancelled our mobile order (and did not notify us) and when we called to ask where the order was the Mgr (owner) asked to put us on hold then set the phone down and could be heard discussing me with the customer he was serving. We like to support local businesses but not when they show they have little care about their customers negative stars if I could.
