Starbucks - Dover

I truly love Starbucks, especially since it's originally from Seattle. However, I have never visited either of the Dover, Delaware locations without encountering some kind of issue. It's been the worst experience ever. There are constant mistakes, and the staff can be quite rude. After two years of this frustration, I have decided that I won't be returning. Instead, I will be going to a local coffee shop.

The staff was somewhat rude, and the service was very slow. Management should review their drive-thru times and remind the team that larger drinks require longer straws.

The coffee was good, but this was by far the slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. I waited 15 minutes for them to take my order after they assured me it would be just a moment. Then, I spent another 15 minutes at the window waiting for my coffee, which was simply an iced espresso with milk.

Waited 25 mins in line for them to say they are not taking cash, and then she didn?t even care or apologize for it.

Nice Starbucks with great service. It is usually crowded during peak hours, but they move fast to get through the rush.
