Starbucks - Dover

Went to this starbucks twice during a weekend trip and both times our drinks came out quickly and tasted amazing, food came out in two minutes fresh from the oven great service and fast.

Sitting in the drive-thru line with a bunch of cars and when they got to me they refused to serve me stating that they were closed yet they helped all the other cars. Also it’s states that they don’t close until 8 and it’s only 7. Very rude and poor customer service. Dunkin Donuts was glad to take my money.

They were moving as slowly as nothing was going on!I baled from the drive-thru cuz the line wasn't moving, I went inside and they were working around almost in slow motion! Fortunately, it's rare but I was a bit surprised, usually, Starbucks employees are epileptic!

Pretty friendly staff, and they are usually pretty quick. Just remember they do both drive thru, inside, and pick up orders, so please be patient with them

Pleaseeee bring back Jonathan that’s now at the Smyrna, De location, and bring back the young lady(don’t know her name sorry) that’s now at the Salisbury, MD location. When these two were at this location, they had stuff running how it’s supposed to be!!! Since they’ve been gone this location has gone down hill! It’s like the workers move in slow motion and it’s sooo frustrating especially when you place your order ahead and your still waiting damn near 15 mins for your order!
