Mcdonald's - Dover

Nice friendly staff. I didn't feel rushed while I made my order. Welcomed on the second window. Was parked while they prepared my big ones. It was completed according to the specifications and always got person what they ordered. The food was fresh and hot and delivered outside of us. Even this member was friendly and laughed. Wholesalers and crew members

I went thru the drive thru. normally, when I order a Vanilla shake and they hand it me, I will shake from side to side to see if it is a runny shake. I like thick shakes. Well, it turned out it was runny. If I had not been on the highway I would have to turned around and got my money back.

Went through the drive thru. All employee interaction was very positive... Taking my order, taking payment, handing me my order. Food was as fresh as McDonald's could be. Solid experience for a McDonald's.

It's McDonalds. It's good if you like McDonald's. If you don't like McDonald's, this place isn't for you. This place is really easy if you enjoy ordering from an app or a screen.

You get what you looking for and sometimes you don't..... Fries sometimes come undercooked, sometimes too cooked, and rarely just right... But in my greatest opinion overcooked McDonald's fries are still better then Wendy's and BK, but chick FIL a got em beat if the waffle fries are fresh..... Recently had an issue with an uncooked burger but hey mistakes happen and they took care of the issue once I showed them. Overall staff is friendly if not maybe a bit understaffed.
