Dunkin' - Dover

Terrible experience! I never come back here again. I'm so tired that I told the system, every night is in the same staff.

Was told to not come in as closed only for drivenin only. Some seated also had to leave as no staff. VERY rude inexperienced staff. Been a good customer but no longer.

Dissatisfied the bread on my sourdough sandwich was so hard I had to replace. The person who made had to feel how hard it was but didn’t care. Have a 2 because the other sandwich was ok

A convenient spot next to the dealerships for a quick pick-me-up during a morning appointment. Small, but staffed with friendly folks. The food was fine and coffee to standard, though the other reviews may be a result of varying staff on duty. I may have lucked out. Definitely a smaller spot.

Kaelyn M is the reason I absolutely love this Dunkin' compared to all the others in our area. The fast, polite, knowledgeable, and courteous service I received here is exceptional. Kaelyn M truly holds this Dunkin' together. She brightened my day with a delightful message on my cup that I proudly shared with everyone!
