Przekaż informację zwrotnąI’ve been coming to this branch for several years, infrequently but it really appears to have gone downhill. The lady that ‘served’ me was beyond rude “YES?” was the greeting I got, after she finished fiddling around with the online orders that appear to take precedence. One of the two other words in her vocabulary was “toasted?”. I said “no thank you”, and she proceeded to try and toast it anyway. I got an eye roll for reminding her that I didn’t want it toasted. Back to “YES?” again for my choice of salad, and then “sauce?” which she did thankfully get correct. The person on the till was more friendly and the food was ok, so I chose to give two stars. Seriously though, don’t just rely on online orders and please get that young lady (re)trained ASAP!
Rude!! Check your attitude at the door ladies, I’m sure there are plenty of people that could do your job and do it better. Customer service is not your forte.
Oh my talk about disorganised. It appears that pre orders, and collection companies take priority over any customers actually in the shop. The staff had no room to work behind the counter, it was so hot, and service was so slow.
I like subway, I like the food but sometimes chains can drop the ball a little bit. I have used this branch a few times and have no issues with the staff or the food at all, but when I visited last, the marinara sauce had mould on top of it. I’m writing this review not as a reprimand but more of a reminder to keep things clean, especially when it’s food.
The food as per usual perfection the staff are friendly. I have come to see that there alot of people moaning about the cleanliness of the place. I walked in today and it was tidy. The only thing I will say how is it fair how you can mark a place down considering you should be putting your own rubbish in the bin. There to many people who are lazy and have no respect for a place. Give this place it's due it's been here a long time now and its taken it beatings by everyone and it is still standing. Tip of advice if your going to eat at a place that has a bin. It ain't hard to put it in bin. Then the problem will be solved but apart from my little moan the staff are great hear they always try to listen and progress.
