Nice food on our visit, and not as expensive as we expect, although aware that they add a service fee in the bill as standard. In the menu they offer a fixed meal. Two course for £14.95 I didn't think was too bad, especially as it included a steak option! You also have a children's menu, and the parts of the child's options are big! (Can just get my two to share a child's meal). Everything was clean, service was good and no burden of waiting around or something. Would visit again as there was a lot I would have chosen!!

Had a fantastic afternoon around the 90. celebrating my grandmother's birthday. The staff was exceptional and could not do enough for us! They made a huge foot of mine, they sang and brought cake that we did not arrange. They've checked us all the time and refilled our drinks. Really fantastic customer service and the food was also very delicious! We will definitely be back for more. The staff here really went the extra mile and we can't wait to come back. Thanks for making it so special, my grandmother enjoyed her day very much!

There were some very bad reviews of this restaurant online, so although we stayed at the hotel, so we almost did not disturb but just finished a really good meal there, we are glad that we left. We had not booked in advance, but the staff was really accommodating, although it was a very busy bank holiday weekend. You even have the window seat we want. The service was very friendly and helpful during the meal. The food was delicious (I had shepherd cake, DH had chickens escalope Milanese with fresh pasta and we both had cheese to follow so that we kept it easy, but it was well cooked and delicious. A waitress, Belinda, was especially helpful and pleasant.

Had dinner here during the stay at the Best Western Hotel in Dover, What can I say, the place is beautifully decorated and it accommodates the 8 of us without an eyelid. Eating the food was fresh, cooked for perfection and served in a timely mansion, between us 8 we had quite everything on the menu and nobody was disappointed. Price was medium to high, I would say, but it was worth it. But here is the best part, our server, Courtney (whether that is wrong) She was amazing, fast, helpful and probably the best server I had in a very long time, nothing was too much trouble. Whatever you paid her, it's not enough. Kudos to her.

Superb service, very accommodating and food was excellent. The chicken escalope Milanese well prepared and cooked, the pasta just right with enough tomato, but not drowning out the rest of the flavours. A set meal (2 courses) for two, Prosecco and beer came in at just under £70, including service. Highly recommended!
