Wendy's - Douglasville

The restaurant was clean, and the staff were very accommodating. They had a large salad selection that was even better than Applebee's across the street. I accidentally tossed my receipt but couldn't remember my order, so I arrived at 2:00 for a salad, and the lady at the counter kindly reminded me of my previous visit and helped me get a discount on my return. Goodbye, Applebee's!

Crystal, the general manager, was delightful, friendly, and courteous. She made my evening truly enjoyable—a breath of fresh air.

The place was packed when I came in to get frosty. You did a great job.

Clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and fast. I will return.

The fast food here is decent. The Baconator is okay, but the spicy chicken sandwiches are definitely the best option. Just keep in mind that they can be a bit soggy. Overall, it’s a cool spot!
