Panda Express - Douglasville

This restaurant location is generally quite good. The food consistently comes out hot and fresh. My only issue is that my mobile pickup orders are often not ready on time. In the last three instances, my order was ready 10 to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Aside from that, everything else is excellent.

I'm really disappointed with the amount of beef in my beef and broccoli dish. It wouldn’t have been so bad if I had gotten more than just 5 shrimp. Overall, I feel like I ended up with a bunch of sides for $30.

AVOID THIS PLACE! It's run by teenagers who seem indifferent and the cleanliness is questionable. I found hair in my food and they outright refused to issue a refund. Instead, they told me to contact corporate and provided me with a survey number from the back of the receipt! This is completely disrespectful. It’s absurd that I can't get my money back after spending over $20. Unless you enjoy finding hair in your food and being treated poorly, steer clear of this restaurant!

First, their posted hours indicate they're open until 8:30 PM, which we confirmed before arriving. However, when we got there at 8:35 PM (a time we thought was safe), more than two-thirds of the food was already put away, leaving us with very few options. The cashier, Jessy, seemed visibly annoyed that we had arrived at all and began banging chairs and mopping as if trying to rush us out. As a concerned patron, I asked Isla about their closing hours and learned that they actually close the dining room at 9:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday and extend it to 9:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Yet, at 8:35 PM, they had already blocked off the restrooms (as shown in the picture) and locked the front door. To our astonishment, they proceeded to lock the second door at 8:55 PM while customers were still outside. We felt like we were being mopped around, and other customers leaving even remarked on feeling ushered out. We sat there in disbelief, having already experienced a frustrating day. I cannot recommend this location, as they clearly fall short of the chain's standards, and there is an urgent need for better customer service training.

I probably should have known that food wasn’t going to be the best when I arrived at lunch time and only 4 cars were in drive thru. Lo Mein severely undercooked and beef overcooked. Young lady working drive thru window wasn’t the friendliest either. Will not return.
