Olive Garden Italian - Douglasville

My food was hot and our service was absolutely fantastic! Josie was great even with having a good number of tables and party. She never forgot a single thing we asked for and was so kind and friendly.

We were at the Olive Garden on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at approximately 1:30 pm. The bartender was very short and rude. As we sat at the bar to eat, my wife wanted champagne, and I pointed it out on the menu. She stated that they didn 't carry it any longer. Had her order a Peach Bellini. The champagne that she used was the same champagne that she had just told me they didn 't carry anymore. When the salad arrived, she asked if we wanted grated cheese. We said yes and continued our conversation. She grated the cheese for at least 15 seconds, staring at me the entire time. I happened to turn my attention from my wife back to the salad and said, Ok, that 's enough! She just walked away. We asked her for water, salt, pepper, and a to-go container for our appetizer. She never brought it. Another customer sitting at the bar with her daughter had complained about her to her manager before we could. After that, she got very friendly and loud with her responses as to let her manager know that everything was good. He stayed at the bar, assisting with drinks. Prior to that, she disappeared on several occasions for approximately 10 minutes or longer each time. I wasn 't going to tip her, but my wife insisted. Better days to come, I hope.

Just me tonight, so I ate at the bar. There was one bartender and the bar was full. She handled everything smooth and effortlessly. She took my order brought my salad and breadsticks, and my order was out shortly after everything was time just right and the food was hot fresh and ready a great Olive Garden definitely will come back.

The food was good I liked it but cauld use some more flavor. The service was great they always asked if I needed anything and ect. The atmosphere was ok just doesn't give me Italian vibes.

The salad was delicious, as well as the bread. My order wasn't very tasty. I had the stuffed shells. I ate the insides, but the pasta shell itself was awful. It tasted bland undercooked. The quality of the food, wasn't worth the monies I paid for it. I remember when eating at Olive Garden, was a treat...NEVER AGAIN.
