Marco's Pizza - Douglasville

I typically order from this restaurant, but it has recently gone downhill. Despite usually ordering from the Villa Rica location, I decided to give this store another chance. However, my order was delivered 30 minutes late. When it finally arrived, my pizza was lukewarm and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. The toppings were all piled in the center of the pizza. The worst part was that the delivery driver walked away without giving me my change. I was left in disbelief as he simply said thank you and left as soon as I handed him the money. I didn't make a fuss about it since I usually receive hot pizza and am happy to give a bigger tip when needed. It's unfortunate and I hope they can improve their service.

Went to Marco's this past Saturday and the food was horrible. The pizza had a sour smell like the dough was not fresh. I will not be visiting this location again. Should have followed my mind and went to the Ridge road location. Ridge road may havemessed the order up the last time however the food is fresh. Bright Star Rd location need to do better.

This restaurant is a must-visit and should be in every city across America. I especially wish it was in my hometown, Los Angeles.

I had a terrible experience with this pizza place. I ordered a thin crust pizza but received a thick crust instead. When I called to complain, the manager defended the employee who took my order, saying she was reliable. I specifically asked for square slices but my pizza came in triangles. The employee made me feel like I was lying, even though it was clear that they made a mistake and didn't want to admit it. I will never order from this place again, I'll just make my own homemade pizza from now on.

I arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled time and was informed that my order would be ready in another 8-10 minutes, which was acceptable. However, it ended up taking 20 minutes. There were three staff members and one driver working, and all they did was complain about how difficult it was to find people willing to work there. It was not a pleasant experience as a customer to hear constant complaints about the job.
