Douglass Corner Cafe

I had a bad experience at this restaurant. It felt like I wasn't being served because of my background, which came across as racist.

I wasn't expecting this place to be great, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Catfish Basket, and everything was fresh and of exceptional quality. The portion sizes were generous, and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning on our next road trip. Even though it's located in the middle of nowhere, it's worth the drive. You know a restaurant is good when you'd drive for hours to eat there!

I had to take my food home to microwave it. My omelet was barely warm, and the rest of my plate was cold. This was definitely not what I paid for! If I wanted a cold breakfast, I would have just ordered a salad!

Delicious hand made burger with all the trimmings the cook was very nice told me she hand pressed it herself and it was a perfect hamburger. All other employees were just as nice. The price was very reasonable, cheaper then Mickey D . Great country atmosphere. Just out side of Nacogdoches. Very convenient location.

A simple, but very tasty BLT, and fries to go with it. So good that I had a 2nd one?.
