The service at this restaurant was terrible. Our waitress took our order but never checked on us again, and someone else delivered our food. It seemed like the entire staff was having a pizza party instead of attending to customers. The flauta plates were disappointing in portion size and did not justify the price. The flautas were only 2.5-3 inches each. Despite being a family restaurant, they did not have baby changing tables in the restrooms. For the prices they charge, they should improve both the quality of their food and customer service. In terms of kid-friendliness, this restaurant is not recommended due to the lack of baby changing stations.

The restaurant was extremely clean and the service was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, and I will definitely be returning. Overall rating: Food 5/5, Service 5/5, Atmosphere 5/5.
