I went to this restaurant for lunch and had a great time cozying up in the evening with a plate of fries, Caesar salad, and a drink. The service was good and the food was delicious. I believe this is the spot to be at night. Just a heads up, there is a minimum charge of 20,000 cfa if you plan to pay with a credit card.
