Wendy's - Dothan

The workers are unsanitary. A worker was scooping bare ice with his hands in the drive thru. I don’t think that is sanitary. Absolutely disgusting and Wendy’s needs to teach their workers proper

Watched a worker dump a red drink from a cup and without washing it scooped ice into it with his bare hands will not be returning to this

Unfortunately this Wendys (on 84 W) has some major issues right now. I went inside to order after waiting in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes. When I got inside, I had another excruciating wait in their building which currently has no A/C!! The ice machine was barely making any ice and the cheeseburger I ordered had a cold cheese slice on it. I wasn't impressed at all with this location. Step it up Wendys!

I have never experienced such a rude for no reason drive thru in my life. I pulled up tonight with one car ahead of me in line and an empty parking lot. Was asked to please wait to order to which I replied “sure no problem” because I really am not an impatient person at all. It took a longer than I expected time to ask for my order, but I figured they must just be short handed. No biggie. I ordered a Dave’s double combo with no onions or tomatoes, with a large fry and large dr. Pepper and 3 small chocolate frosties. Nothing crazy. She asked if that completed my order to which I replied I would like some ranch as well and then she read back my order and asked if that would be all. I replied that I would like to confirm that the fries in my order were large (because she hadn’t repeated that my order was for a large combo) and this woman replied in a really rude attitude “You said large didn’t you? So it’s gonna be a large fry.” Like I was the idiot for asking. I was actually really shocked because I wasn’t rude nor impatient with her the entire time. I hadn’t complained at all or order some obscene amount of complicated meals. And listen, I really don’t believe in giving fast food workers a hard time because that can be a stressful job and I just don’t personally think it’s right to be a jerk to people working customer service jobs. But damn, I was really offended and honestly I will never go back and I will warm other people not to as well if that is the type of service you are going to get. Oh and they forgot the ranch and only filled the large fry container like halfway up. Like WTH? Two thumbs down. I guess I’m the dummy for not noticing how dead the place was on a Saturday night, but now I realize it’s probably because other people have already stopped going there for the same reason. I get that people can have a bad night but you need to maintain at least some professional dignity. And why be rude to someone that isn’t even giving you a hard time? I hope whoever manages or owns the place gets their crew in line or this location is going to go out of business. There are other places really nearby to get a decent burger and good service.

Got order wrong. Bad customer service. Not acknowledged when walking up. Didn 't apologize until the end. Overheard mumbling to another customer along lines of they don 't pay me enough to do... Yeesh. Staff didn 't know fish was back on the menu. Such a weird/bad vibe.
