Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Dothan

I have been to this particular establishment twice and this was the last time! We sat in drive thru this time and the same girl sat there on her phone texting and looking at us and never came to the window. Sad because I love the Enterprise establishment they are Great.

This tropical smoothie is the GOAT!!!! Came to get a pick up order and ordered at the wrong address, I only have a 30 minute lunch so was so frustrated with myself! Well these angels not only made my food in under 5 minutes but didn’t make me pay twice thank you to this team for being so sweet to this hungry pregnant gal!

We love this place. We have enjoyed the food and service at several of their locations. Always pleased.

I am very unpleased. I asked for a hummus veggie and I got chicken? Figure it out. I’m a vegetarian and once I bit into it I realized it was chicken in it.

For the first tine at ANY Tropical Smoothie location I left with no order. First no body checking the front for about 10 minutes of wait, then someone finally comes from the back we say Good morning and we dont even get a greeting or may I take your order, my husband greets the guy again and tells him his order and nothing he looks at me and I tell my husband no thank you! I work with customers all the time I am a manager and that is no way imof treating customers, I not asking for special treatment and Im a regular customer and all the other girls are great. A hello or good morning goes a long way, and the even ask for the order don 't just stand there like a blank and say nothing AT ALL. That just mean you don 't want my business.
