Logan's Roadhouse - Dothan

Wasn’t very busy which was nice. Good price on food. Hostess was very friendly but waitress was not very friendly. When my dad said he needed more time to look over the menu she ignored him and kept trying to get our orders. We sat there for 35-40 min waiting on our food for her to come out and tell us the printer wasn’t working and our food hadn’t been cooked yet. Finally got the food and it was ok. Not much flavor and food was overcooked . When we were done she asked us if we needed anything else and we said a To go box and it took her 10 min to bring it. She kept walking by our table and my dad tried to flag her down to get the box and when she finally did bring it she had an uncaring attitude. It seemed like it was a big bother to get us the box. Probably won’t be going back any time soon.

I had recently lunched at this place with my family on black friday at 11:45 o'clock in advance and check their bill accurately to avoid overloading against prices on the menu. while eating is decent, the service and the love for detail is missing. the waitress would clearly prefer to be somewhere else and not take care of customers. When I broke her overload, she tried to argue before she finally got off and repaired it. I have no problem in paying for what is ordered and consumed, but I hate to be overloaded and especially by an rude waitress

Something was wrong. We did not see our usual great service. Several of the empty tables were not cleared of dishes in the area they sat us in. The waiter did his best at keeping us fed. We were a party of 5 ordering steaks and ribs each with two side dishes. When our orders arrived only three of us were served, side dishes were missing. Normally the entire group is served at the same time. Side dishes Included sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallows. The sweet potatoes came plain and the toppings came after the other two individuals were served their main dishes. Two plates of rolls were consumed while we were waiting for the second set of main dishes. The marshmallows and caramel came in same little dishes. By the time we were all eating the side dishes arrived the side dishes were cold. Who do you blame, the waiter, the cooks, makes you wonder when the empty tables were not even cleared off. I doubt we will return.

EXTREMELY slow service and BAD food. Is the short version. Long version....... I went here with my husband and son for lunch. There were only 5 families max at the restaurant. It was very slow. But there were plenty of staff standing around. I ordered a salad with ITALIAN dressing and NO tomatoes. My husband got a burger and my son got grilled chicken with broccoli. It took us 45mins to get our food. My salad had tomatoes and was DRENCHED in RANCH dressing. It did not taste good at all. The ranch didn't taste right and the amount of ranch dressing that was on the salad made me feel very nauseous after only a couple bites. My husband had eaten so many free rolls waiting on our meal that he barely ate his burger. My son was also completely full on rolls waiting so long to get his food. There was really no excuse for how slow they were nor any excuse for getting my order wrong. There were plenty employees standing around. It should not have taken that long to get our food. The only compliment I have is that my water glass stayed full without me asking for more water. We left EXTREMELY disappointed, unsatisfied, and a little nauseous. We will not be coming back. This place is poorly run. And the food quality isn't there. I DO NOT recommend coming here at all.

So disappointed! I took my husband for Veteran's Day and after 1 hour and 40 minutes later we left without eating. They claimed that veterans ate free but did not say it was the $8.99 menu that looks more like the kids menu from a grown man's perspective. That was ok, he ordered the steak he wanted from the real menu, he appreciated the thought. We questioned the server several times about our food and she kept saying it would be a few minutes and then she said the kitchen was short staffed. Finally after 1 hour and 40 minutes we asked for our check for the drinks and rolls which we were not charged for.
