It was slightly high in sodium, but that’s typical for this type of pizza. I noticed that this location has improved since my last visit a few years ago. It's perfect for hot and ready pizzas, but if you’re looking for a specialty pizza or specific toppings, I recommend placing your order in advance.
THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER! The last time I visited, the pizza was so thin that it felt like I was eating the cardboard box it came in. I thought we’d give it another shot, but it just got worse. Today, Sunday, June 11, 2023, at 4:00 PM, the restaurant wasn’t even OPEN! I had to direct five cars behind us to go somewhere else because it seemed like they just decided to close up for the day! Shaking my head!
Little Caesars used to be the go-to place for a quick, affordable meal with decent quality, but prices have increased while quality has declined. Now they even have the audacity to charge customers extra for simply wanting their food prepared to their liking. It’s like being charged $4 at McDonald's just to request no lettuce or light mayo. What if I need light sauce because of a food sensitivity? It's frustrating that I'm penalized for having a health issue. I gave the customer service a slightly higher rating because the staff are clearly doing their best in a challenging environment. However, whoever designed the new drive-thru and parking layout must have little experience in design. The parking situation is a nightmare. Aside from the three spots in front of the store, the only other parking is on the side—and good luck trying to get out of there. This place is not equipped to handle a drive-thru. Once you park, you can easily get trapped if the drive-thru gets busy. You might find yourself asking customers in line to back up just so you can escape, and even then your only options are either to drive against the flow in the drive-thru or to wait in the line until you can finally maneuver out. Most customers in line are told to park and wait for their pizzas, especially if they didn't just order a couple of hot and ready pizzas. The only redeeming quality of this location is the ability to grab 2-liter sodas from the Dollar General while waiting for the 15-minute drive-thru pizza you ordered. Who would want to pay Little Caesars' prices for 2-liters when Dollar General has them for less right next door?
Don’t get me wrong the pizzas are always great but I just don’t understand why every time I come around 8:30-9 they don’t have anything but pepperoni pizza, when they are still open for a whole hour. You don’t close till 10pm on Friday’s and Saturdays. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. Also why is a smallest cup of ranch almost 2 freaking dollars that’s just ridiculous.
There's nothing better than the Pretzel Crust Pizza with cheese sauce instead of tomato sauce. Had to drive to another state to get it but it was worth it. Will be going back tomorrow.
