Around March 1st I went to your establishment In the Walmart to get sandwiches for my sons birthday I got my order when i started eating mine i realize that the sandwiches was not made right it was missing a meat I called to complain and the woman who answered the phone say the phone said to just bring it up there I sat there and told her I live 20 minutes or so away and she said what do you want me to do About it so basically my sandwiches was wrong I wasted my money I get the owner to email me the next day to promise me something to mail to mail and I gave my email address gave my address and still have yet to get anything from the owner I would never walk into that restaurant ever again one They have employees that are rude to their customers too . you have an owner promising something and not sending it They have employees that I would just want to inform people that I highly doubt they care about their customers if you have employees who talk to their customers the way the way they did so I'm writing this this complaint because Your restaurant owners don't care about your customers and whether the food was right or wrong your employee think that they can talk to your customers a certain way and think it's OK well it's not OK I will complain on every single site about what my experience at your restaurant

Decent food overall. Good for quick sub and take away. Comparatively is expensive to other subs.

As much as I love the sandwiches when I get them, I 'm not sure why I don 't go here more. Everyone is always super nice and my order is always right. My only issue (hence 4 stars) is that regardless of if there 's 10 people in front of you or if you 're the only person in there, there 's a wait that feels too long. Like may as well sit down long. I don 't get that. But, always delish. Hook n Ladder with everything (steamed, of course) is the way to go. Their chili is pretty awesome too.

Friendly staff. Clean store. Delicious food. Wish it wasn't so pricy. Two adults and a child cost $31.
