The cheese curds are great!Unfortunately the brisket was 75% fat and had no flavor other than grease. The pulled pork was dry and flavorless. Baked beans were Bushe's, the onion ring sad and coldThe shrimp tacos were good.Doesn't say much when the two BBQ items were the worst items on the table. Service isn't good either .

Lot of food when you want different items. Meat food needs more sauce for flavor though. Boneless wings were great! Main dish food needs seasoning.

I'm used to my Texas barbecue but I thought I would give their brisket a shot. It was sliced paper thin and still very tough. Like seriously lunch meat thin. Brisket should be 1/4 thick and easily pulled apart. It needed several more hours of smoke time. The waitress was nice and the place looked fine but the bbq was average at
