Domino's Pizza - Dothan

The food is always fantastic whenever we order from here. Our delivery driver, Timothy, was outstanding—I really wish we could have him for every delivery. This is probably the most efficient restaurant with the best customer service I've encountered since the onset of COVID.

I was billed $35 for a delivery that I never received. The customer service was incredibly rude during both of my calls to resolve the issue. They would pick up my call, but as soon as I explained the situation, they wouldn't say anything and would put me on hold for an extended period, clearly hoping I would hang up. I waited on hold for ten minutes, only to be told to call back when the general manager was available. I followed that advice during my last call, but still no solution. A week has passed, and I have yet to receive a refund or credit. This restaurant is terrible.

We decided to give it another try on Wednesday evening because the kids really enjoyed the apple dip and cinnamon twists. This time, the pizza crust was acceptable, but it had almost no cheese—just 95% dough and sauce. To make matters worse, when we opened the dessert, there were no cinnamon twists; only the apple dip was included. The kids were extremely disappointed! It was a letdown two times in a row, and I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and some garlic sauces for delivery.. never received the garlic sauces and I have a picture of how the pizza was delivered.. went to the main store to get it fixed and was asked what my problem was by the blue hair manager.. neverorder from this place!!!!

Eating is great when we order here. our supplier timothy was great. I wish we could get him every time. probably the most lively and best customer service restaurant I have experienced since covid.
