Denny's - Dothan

I am all about giving 5 star ratings to amazing places, but I seriously wish there is an option to choose ZERO stars. I just ordered a cheesestick and an salad, and it took almost an hour to bring me the cheese sticks, and then the girl said to me wrong and said that they had a chef salat, they brought me an salate. Not only that, the waitress never came back to my table, I had to ask other waiters on objects I needed. I was also told that I was not charged for something I was accused of. this place is definitiw on my list of never come back! I hope other people have better service than I.

I wish I had better to say. My omelet was over cooked, had more onions, peppers and mushrooms than actual meat. I had to dig to find any. My biscuits were microwaved and came out like rubber, couldn't even cut it with a knife, my gravy was lumpy and my grandma would have been appalled by both! Giving 2 stars because the server was good.

This Denny's was not crowded, yet we stood waiting to be seated for about 10 minutes. Finally decided if they didn't have time to wait on us, and who knows how long it would take to get our food.Really disappointing because I had finally talked my wife into trying Denny's for the first time.The waffle house across the street is awesome!!

This place is not that busy when I was there with family. There was only 3 adults and a child and the place is over half empty on a Saturday afternoon. Took 30 minutes to get us seated waited another 10 minutes just to order drinks and we went ahead and ordered out food. We then proceeded to sit there waiting on food for over 45 minutes with the place less than half capacity still. Not once did they come to check and see if we needed refills or anything else during this time. When we hot our food half of it was blland and tasteless. I will say our server was good but she was spread really thin for the amount of people the others servers were helping

Breakfast was great. Few minor details left out of my husband's omelet but the waitress fixed that and was very apologetic. Overall the waitress was great and the food was fresh. Strawberry Pancake Puppies were a delight ?
