Tim Hortons - Dorval

Love picking up donuts here. But last time we went, we stayed there to eat and had a wonderful sandwich.

I used to order a bagel and swiss religiously at Tim's, now not so much.It seems that Tim's is cutting costs and discretely passing those coats on to us.My bagel used to come with 2 slices of swiss cheese. This was okay because the ratio of cheese to bread was passable. Now, it only comes with one, so you can't have cheese on each slice. If you want a second slice, it's extra!Oh, and guess what? More and more Tim's don't have swiss cheese anymore either. My guess is it's too expensive...Very disappointed Mr. Tim!

We always opt for Tim Horton's when we're on the move and need a bite. Where at breakfast or lunch we're always pleased and we were especially pleased to find this location.

It seemed to be a bustle of activity at this location, but only one register was open despite the line of people. A second one opened and we lined up behind this customer. Once her order was taken, the clerk simply walked away, and we were left alone. We then lined up at the other register and noticed the one person on it, (whose name I don't know) was a hustling machine. Unfortunately we counted six staff behind him, just talking or walking around. We placed our order and he expedited it. He was apparently so harried that he forgot the water, and I had to go back to get it. He did apologize for the mistake. What struck me most was the wasted productivity in a busy place that should have been keeping up with customers. Very disappointing.

I love Tim Horton's and it's one of my first stops when I hit Montreal. The donuts, mouthwatering! The coffee, excellent. I'm drooling just thinking about it!
