The BBQ chicken was a dried out, oven baked bird with a ladle of BBQ sauce poured on top. Not appetizing looking at all, but hang on to that sauce, you'll need it to choke down the dry bird. The slaw had stems and other flotsam in it. The fries appeared to McCain's coated super fries and were cold. And lastly, with pickle in the name of the place, yould think the pick would be fresh and crisp. I don't know where they found the mushy spear they put on my tray. This place surely is only around because there are precious few eateries after security. Do yourself a favor and grab some St Hubert before going through security.
The brisket was quite nice and their IPA was good. Unfortunately the server was terrible. Among other things, she was very abrupt, I had to ask for mayo twice and my beer sat on the counter for 5-10 minutes before I finally asked another server to bring it over. That server made it quite clear that my own server was out of line. I had the feeling that I’d done something wrong. French fries were excellent though.
The server got my order wrong (ordered their COBB salad), he came out with a salmon salad. When I asked for what I ordered, he came back out in less than 2 mins with what he called a COB salad which was just a bed of arugulas, cold ugly looking pieces of chicken (this was supposed to be grilled chicken), and incredible amount of cheddar cheese and then a very burn dried out bacon. Worse service ever and a complete waste of $26.
Yogurt parfait bowl said fresh daily fruit but my 2 strawberries looked like they had been drying out for weeks, while my blueberries were half frozen to bite into. Coffee was good though, that 's it. They didn 't ask how the food was because they clearly dont really care. You arent a person ordering a meal here- they 're treating customers like cattle to get through the line.
We had previously been to this restaurant several times, and the food was fabulous. This time, we walked from gate 47 to gate 3 since we had such a good experience and food before. Today the soup was cool, and the meat on the brisket sandwich was thin of meat (bun was thicker than meat. Beer was at least cold and refreshing We will not make the effort next time
