Atrocious service and attitude. Asked for a Montreal smoked meat (as menu showed had no cheese), then upon receipt it has cheese on it.Their response to me bringing it back before eating it due to having cheese was to just peel it off and hand it back to me. Allergens don't work this way. Threw it in trash and left.
Went to get food here and the customer service was terrible. Long line up and 1 of the worker behind the counter saw and ignored us. Her supervisor sees us and asks her if she has helped us which she pointed at me and other patrons lining up one by one saying we have been served. I made eye contact with her supervisor and shook my head that I have not been served. The guy in front of me asked them if the price was right as he was charged $25 for 2 ham and egg breakfast sandwich to which the lazy lier worker said the price was correct. I said F this and left (that was what I was going to order) Kept us waiting in line without any help at all for over 15 min when there is no other orders going around. The negative review for this place explains the terrible service and price they provide.
Uninterested staff. Ordered a $15 smoothie and it was poured out of a tub straight into a coffee cup. They forgot to add the yoghurt, so it was super sour. Avoid.
Man, I wished I had read the reviews of this place before I ordered from here. I agree with the other reviewers: the food here is beyond basic, and it 's obscenely priced. The only reason I am not giving one star is because at least the place was clean and the food wasn 't gross or rotten or anything. It just doesn 't live up to the descriptions on the menu, and it all costs 3 4 times more than it should (even for airport standards). I visited here yesterday, Jan.31 at dinnertime, so of course, I was hungry, and I had a 6 hour flight ahead of me. I thought it prudent to get a meal to go, to eat on the plane. (This place is located across from gates 50 and 51). I checked out neighboring food places and this place offered sandwiches and other light fare for a few bucks less than the other restaurants. So I thought, hey, I 'd rather spend $13 for a sandwich here than $15 for one elsewhere. Makes sense, right? The turkey club sounded amazing, according to the description on the wall mounted menu. I asked for one, toasted. The lady behind the counter was quiet but pleasant enough. I also ordered an almond croissant with a lot of napkins, knowing how flaky croissants can be, knowing I was going to eat this on the plane. Well, the sandwich was hot and the cheese was melty and all, and the bread was fresh and chewy (made on a baguette), but the sandwich was underwhelming to say the least. There were a few slices of tomato, some turkey slices (really, the kind you get at the grocery store. Tasted processed), some melty cheese in there (I also think it was processed cheese) and no condiments that I could detect. Really basic. The sandwiches from Subway are hand 's down WAY better. And here it cost over $13. I ate half and threw the rest away. And the croissant? I needn 't have brought any napkins. It wasn 't flaky at all. Not even remotely. I 'm not even sure it was fresh; it tasted a tad stale. It was not like any croissant I 've ever had. And being in Montreal, no less, one would think croissants in the city and yes, even in the airport were fresh, flaky and, dare I say it, croissant y. This one was not. My turkey sandwich and croissant, together, cost over $20 with tax. In retrospect, I should have spent the extra $4 (literally) to have gotten a decent meal at the sit down pub/restaurant next door.
