Once again, it was time to meet old colleagues from a grey time with whom we developed joint projects for a common meal and chat. This happens twice a year when we change the restaurants, this time the choice fell into the “Alt-Syburg”. Our selected dishes: food map is quite extensive: 3 soups (3,50 – 4,50 € , 6 appetizers (4,50 – 13,50 € ), older dish, salad and vegetable dish (10,50 – 13,50 € , 11 meat dishes, steaks (angus, lamb, chop steaks (11,50 – 19,50 € , 3 Thai dishes (prices I did not order) Nothing exciting, but fresh and okay. I chose the grill plate, consisting of minced meatballs, pork steak (Carbonade, turkey breast skewer with paprika, a slice of roasted belly meat, a small bowl of herbal butter, a small area of feta, 2 peperoni, sweated onions, ajvar, grill sauce and as decoration some salad (11.50 €). In addition, as a saturation supplement, Fritten rides. As a second dish, my colleagues ordered Putensteak, on the one hand with noodles, on the other hand with rice in cream sauces, colorful vegetables such as spring liquor, paprika, cherry tomatoes, small pieces of potatoes, small pieces of chicken and rolled and roasted belly meat. In January 2019 we were back in the restaurant with a total of 20 guests and very well fed. The service was fast! Thanks for that! The choice of dishes has been left to everyone. The selected dishes came to the table in the shortest waiting period and each of the guests had full praise for taste and presentation. We are happy to welcome guests! It was just as delicious as ever. Fillet tips Stroganoff were perfect. We were also very satisfied with the service. Not intrusive and very merciful. Ales in Allem absolutely recommended.
We stayed for Christmas 2015 with 22 people and had 5 different dishes....all super....the steaks cooked to the point, also the salmon excellent.
