Today I went down to Venice to vote (I live in Trentino but I am resident in Venice) and I took the opportunity to finally go to taste the delights of which is told at the Cocaeta. I associate myself with the general enthusiasm of the adventurous: a crepe without animal derivatives (and already we go great), with a light but of character, for nothing greased but well dry, firm and elastic (not molliccio and untuoso like traditional crepes), to make from texture to a superb filling, characterized by rich ingredients, decisive but delicate flavors and well amalgamated, a joy for the palate, tasty.
