There is no question about the quality of the food. The creamed cod was really excellent as were the other dishes and cicchetti. The only thing we liked less were the not-so-popular prices. But here in Venice they also charge for the air you breathe. Genoa is much cheaper in comparison. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I come to this place because I find on Abillion that there are a couple of vegan options. I ask what was vegan, I am told nothing , an ignorant answer given that, when I ask again, I am told that there is polenta and a crouton with onion. When I asked if there was lard in the bread, I was told that no, there is no lard but there are yeasts that are cooked alive so it wouldn 't be vegan. Congrats on ignorance in 2024. Food: 3

Simply.. simple, pure and genuine. From cicchetti to house wine to biscuits. Just a meal in a typical tavern.
