Boston Pizza And Grill - Dorchester

I usually order from this restaurant frequently, but tonight's experience was disappointing. They kept putting me on hold because the staff couldn't understand my street name, even though I speak English. I also ordered for my kids, and while the pizza turned out fine, the chicken Caesar wrap was a complete letdown. It was poorly made, not even using the correct type of bread, and it looked very messy, almost like it was prepared with a lack of care. I had to cut it up myself! I’ll share a picture for reference. Typically, I love this place—their pizza is fantastic, and the food is generally good. However, tonight's order left me feeling uncertain and quite let down.

I must say that the wings are perfectly fried and have an amazing flavor. The magician smoothie is also delicious, and I highly recommend it. The only downside is that there isn’t enough parking available.

The food was blah... Bland no flavors. My order was confused several times before recieving entire meal.... Tried but no return.

Amazing fish sub! It's the best I've ever had! It's perfectly seasoned, and the small sub is really generous in size! Plus, it's very affordable!

The food is whack. The steak and cheese is what I got. The meat looked so fake that I threw it away! Service from older guy at the counter was poor.
