Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Service was outstanding. Food was great as always. A great thanks to one of the staff members for being super kind and generous to me and my family.

I waited for 10 minutes and nobody came to take my order.

The service at this drive-thru restaurant was very poor when the gentleman took our order.

Was one placed order like the cashier standing there talking to other coworkers but didn’t take my order. I stood there about 10 min finish she noticed and take my order. So

Will never come back to this place again. Was over charged for the family fingerz meal 2 egg rolls. Said they had a new system and had to ring up the order other ways.Almost $50 for food that should have been 30 something. Got tired of talking to the rude manager about it. Called corporate office they told me I would hear from someone that same day. A week later still nothing. Called corporate again. A little later the RUDE MANAGER called me with an attitude smart mouth. She told me I could come get my FEW DOLLARS. I will never patronize them again. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!’
