This was my first food delivery order since moving to Doral. Ordering through the App was easy. I ordered a, DETROIT STYLE Pizza to try out and the Triple Fudge Brownie and a 2 lt Soda. All were great. I spoke to the people at the location a fewtimes. They called to verify the order and address. They were very friendly and courteous. I met the driver down at the Lobbydoor. I asked them to use THE INTERCOM AND BRING TO MY DOOR! I don 't have a problem with the Food, I have a problem with theDELIVERY SERVICES!! It seems EVERYONE here in Miami-Dade uses Doordash,Uber Eats, or any of the others. THEY ARE THE PROBLEM!!They are out to make the most money they can as drivers, but it HURTS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE RESTAURANT!! Making MANYDeliveries before they even get to you! You wait anywhere from 1-2+ hours for your order, and then it 's cold or slightly warm! Iliked it so much better when RESTAURANTS had their own Deliveries!! My overall rating is ???? good. I would recommend them. Thefood was really good, as was the service......ALL BUT DELIVERY!! This isn 't just a single delivery. This is EVERY TIME I ORDERFROM THEM!! Because the delivery diminishes the order, I have to lower their Star Rating.

Really bad service in your dine in restaurant. The 3 lady's in the front were leaning in the counter talking the whole time we were there. No service whats so ever. They also told me that we had to clean our table once we were done eating. Doral in miami104 ave and nw 41st

Worst customer service ever, my order was done through the application, it was ready in time, but I arrived to the location and I was there sometime in front of the counter waitting for somebody to help me. One employee was stocking the cooler, another onewas in break eating and the others were talking and laughing in between without asking me anything. I got mad and said inspanish: nobody is going to help me? Nadie me va a ayudar? I got one of the girls to say yes? I told her I am waiting here formy online order and nobody was helping me, and she gave me the pizza without any apology. I am so disappointed with thislocation.

Pretty good pizza. Amicable personal and it took 10 minutes for the pizza ti be ready.
