Dragonfly 's leadership and team is all about attention to detail- from restaurant concept and design to presentation and quality of food-everything about this place appeals to your senses. I 've been to 4 different Dfly locations and they are 100 percent consistent in their flavor and presentation. A must go to for sushi lovers, and delicious Japanese options for every taste. Highly recommend any of the sushi options. The 'classic-dragonfly ' is incredible. We really enjoyed the short ribs that were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The edamame (skipjack) was very tasty and a great start to the meal. By far the best I 've ever had. You really can 't go wrong with anything on the menu. Make several trips and try it all. Each location in each city offers unique dishes to the location. Be sure to ask your server what they recommend and they will guide your tastebuds to a blissful meal.
