Mcdonald's - Dora

I found the service to be consistently slow, as the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. My food arrived cold, and despite requesting no pickles due to an allergy, I still found them in my order and had to remove them myself. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was around $1 to $10.

The restaurant has deteriorated after the remodel. There are no drink machines or condiments available in the lobby. The children's play area is very tiny and likely not cleaned regularly. The staff is significantly lacking, and I've experienced issues with food being undercooked. Overall, I would rate the dining experience as follows: Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The service felt quite robotic. For takeout dinner, I spent around $20–30 per person. The food quality was impressive, scoring a 4 out of 5, and the same goes for the service and atmosphere, both also rated 4. I recommend trying the Filet-O-Fish and the Deluxe Quarter Pounder with Cheese.

It's probably the most unclean McDonalds I've ever stepped foot in and I'm almost 40 years old. Also, it wasn't busy. It's not like they weren't cleaning because of a rush. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I usually don’t like writing bad reviews but this McDonald’s has completely changed in the last week. I came here once on Tuesday of this week and for one I had a random hair in my fries. It was a little off putting but i thought I’d give them another chance to make up for themselves cause it very well could’ve just been a bad day a lot of fast food places have it so no judgment. But I came today again and it was just terrible. The lady who took my order was extremely kind and lovely but the man who handled the drive thru register just carelessly threw our change into my grandmothers hand and dropped a good portion of it. That I kinda ignored because it might’ve been an accident and I don’t technically need all of my loose change. However when we went up for our order our diet Dr Pepper had no ice and wasn’t filled fully. The chocolate shake was also kinda lower than usual? And then the lady was trying to give us a completely different order of chicken nuggets and a happy meal? We had to tell her multiple times we didn’t order that and ordered just a fish and some fries but they tried handing us up to 2 different bags and even had another lady come in asking us about another order too before they finally gave us what we thought was our right order. But no they gave us a random Big Mac and didn’t even have the large fry part of the order. It was honestly just super disappointing because we waited awhile in line but I hope either management or so fixes up any issues rn
