Mcdonald's Doonside

The burgers were decent, and the drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, the fries were quite underwhelming—small and tasted like they were just reheated from the previous day. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition; there was a leak and some unsightly residue on the toilet seat, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, I expected more from this experience.

I visited McDonald's in Doonside tonight and had to wait quite a while for my food. Meanwhile, the crew members were just standing around, laughing, and joking with each other, while the manager was simply standing there with them. This was very unprofessional, and I believe the restaurant could benefit from new management and a revamped team as soon as possible.

Literally the WORST McDonalds in Sydney. I was desperate today, no lunch at 4:30 so thought I wld take another chance here as it’s been bad for along time. Ordered my favourite which is a Quarter Pounder NEVER EVER have I had one so discusting. Was missing the onions (not one piece of onion)??!! No gherkins barely warm. Even worse was the 50 tablespoons of sauce that they smothered it with. Was inedible with that AMOUNT of sauce?? After looking at all the BAD REVIEWS, this Macca’s needs to shutdown re-opened with an entire NEW management staff. Have just called Head Office let them know. Hopefully they do something drastic about it.

Useless staff. Unable to read the order, missing stuff. Stop hiring people who can't read!
