Worst meal i have had in years food was terrible won,t be going there again.i had really looked forward to this meal

Visited with the wife for a meal and drinks. Food was excellent, steak surf and turf gives Miller and Carter a run for its money. Can see the staff adhering to the Covid-19 regulations, and making sure the visitors do too. Table service seems to be working well

Came here with friends for lunch. It took about an hour for food to arrive and it wasn’t that busy. Chips tasted ok on most plates even though they looked burnt. However, some were far too salty. No one came and asked if the meal was ok and you had to find your own condiments. The lasagne was swimming with cheese. far too much which made it really greasy.Not somewhere I’d quickly return to.

Title sums it up really. We encountered none of the problems mentioned below. Car park is a bit tight but there's a quiet street next to it with loads of parking which looked OK to me. Really friendly staff (and regulars) You couldn't call it luxury, and the walls are mega thin, but it was clean, warm and had a nice bed plus loads of coffee, so for the price I had no complaints.

Popped in to try Sunday lunch which looked fine. Put off the place because people were vaping both at the bar and sitting down. We won’t be returning.
