Mcdonald's - Doncaster

First coffee was up to usual standard, hot, fresh and excellent. double-size mac meal was terrible, warm soggy rider not unusual, but ok with much ketchup. double-sized mac nigh on inedible, 4 cold, dry tasteless burger placed in an ok bungalow, for some...reason salat and bevel as a layer around buns instead of placed in it. just pick something that adds taste. deteriorates around 20 minutes waiting to arrive order that could explain cold food when prepared and left on the side.

Very disappointed, went this morning for a breakfast and ordered a plain bacon roll meal, did not come plain so I went back in for a new one, they changed it no problem but the man proceeded to pick up my hash brown out of...the bag ask if it was still hot held the actual hash brown with he’s bare hand, not the sleeve and put it back in the bag and when I asked for a new one he said well why what’s wrong with that, I said because you have touched it with your bare hands? So he replied with fine if you really think you need a new one threw they new one in the bag and ate the old one.

Ordered food on uber eats , uber got it to us fast but surprise surprise theres food missing and no fries with what was actually there. Rang uber and they was very helpful and put me on to a McDonalds member who told me to...ring the actual restaurant. After finally getting through I was told were not gonna send someone out for a few missing items . Cheers McDonald's, nearly everytime I visit the Thorne branch there is something missing. But clearly there not interested in customer service, just customer money.

No 1 order correct orders must go in 1 ear out other or there ears are full of wax !!!!!! I certainly wasn’t loving it

Often come to this branch as close to where we live and I can almost guarantee every visit, our order will be wrong or have items missing! This time we had ordered and paid for our meals through the drive thru got home and found...there were cheese bites missing and a hamburger off our order. Frustrating because the same thing happens a few ago at this branch with different items. We have been several times when the drive through staff haven’t put the sauces we requested in the bag also. Bearing in mind we were charged for the sauces. Items missing from our order way to frequently from this branch and I know friends and family who have had similar issues here too. Shocking.
