I just ordered emilios for the first time. when the food arrived, we lacked a pizza, we called to advise that they supply the missing pizza. the women on the phone were very rude and said. that we were lying and that we had not ordered the pizza and that she had repeated the order. we advise that it was the first thing we had ordered and that she hadn't repeated it at all. about we were for the pizza we knew how we had calculated the price on their website before the order. again she repeated that we were lying and that we had not ordered it and had not been accused. we have advised that there were 4 of us here and all of us had heard the call. understandable, we were very upset as we had paid for this pizza.
