The service was very poor, and the staff member was quite rude. We ordered vegan pad see ew, but they served us beef Thai instead. This has been the worst experience at a Thai restaurant. I would give it 0 stars.

I had a very enjoyable experience at the restaurant. The customer service was outstanding; they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time.

The Thai fast food here is decent. However, it's not as spicy as I expected, even though I requested extra heat. The portion sizes are average, and the flavor is just okay.

This restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the food is excellent. I will definitely return!

To be honest, Thai Express isn't my first choice for takeout. I've been there a few times, and the food has been just average. However, my last experience was disappointing. When a non-Asian man was cooking my Pad See Ew, I could really sense a lack of passion and care in the meal he was preparing. Unfortunately, that lack of connection translated into the taste. I wouldn’t recommend going there late at night; it was just terrible. If you’re looking for satisfying food, you might want to consider other options.
